From the curb appeal to the wide-open entry, you'll love the presence of this beautiful Corbyn Roberts home. Built in 2005, the detail throughout this home is complete with 18" ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, crown moulding, faux paint and incredible wood trim.
The oversized family room features a beautiful stone fireplace, surround sound, in-floor electrical outlets, crown moulding, a remote-controlled ceiling fan and space for all of your large furniture. The kitchen is open to the family room, with a large breakfast bar (with pendant lighting) and eat-in area. You'll find whirlpool appliances, custom cabinetry with pull-out drawers through the pantry and other cabinets. There's also a desk area and under-cabinet lighting.
The Master Suite is large and roomy, with a tray ceiling, crown moulding and ceiling fan, flowing into a large bath area with custom tile surrounding the separate, oversized shower and jetted tub, plenty of mirrors and vanity space, lots of storage and a huge closet.
Up front, you'll find a large bedroom or study with hardwood floors, a bay window, chair rails, closet and ceiling fan.
The secondary bedrooms, on the other side of the home, are both large and roomy, and share a jack-n-jill bath. Both have ceiling fans and walk-in closets.
Then there's the huge upstairs bonus room, complete with it's own full bath. This room could be a 4th or 5th bedroom, an office, a media room, a game room, or a second living room. Zoned with it's own heat/air you'll always be comfortable upstairs.
Out back, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the huge covered patio and good-sized fenced yard. There's plenty of room here for family entertaining, neighborhood barbecues or even an in-ground swimming pool if you so choose. This home also features a zoned in-ground sprinkler system for lower lawn maintenance throughout the year.

This beautiful house is now home to a lovely family from Connecticut. We wish them many years of happiness and joy in this home.
Thanks to the open-mindedness and cooperation of a fantastic homeowner, we were able to sell this home for $284,000, which is $96.96 per square foot, after only 35 days on the market.
Here's what my client had to say after closing today:
Ryan:
I can not thank you enough for all that you have done on My family's behalf. I sure wish that I had sought your services prior to my previous two Realtors as they each listed our house for over 8 months each. You listed it via techniques and methods that were of the facet that obtained results in a few weeks. The Agent to seller relationship was one of the best experiences that I have ever been associated with. You exerted the highest standards of integrity, honesty and professionalism that is not seen in today's environment. You not only focused your efforts to sell my house but kept us informed more than I was expecting. In the short time that we have been working together, you not only earned my respect but I have obtained a great friend. We sincerely pray and wish you and your family the very best of wishes and hope you stay in touch.
