About a month ago we received an email from June Tassillo. June was working with a buyer in Franklin, North Carolina who also wanted to look at homes in our area. Although Murphy is only about 60 miles from Franklin, the properties were not in June’s MLS and she wasn’t familiar with the area. She referred the buyer to us to show him the Murphy properties. She wasn’t going to sacrifice the best interests of the client just to keep the full commission. The Mark of A True Professional.
Bill worked with him and showed him both the homes he had identified as well as some others that we knew fit the description of what he wanted. The next day he went back to June in Franklin. We received an email from her thanking us for taking our time to work with him and that he had made an offer on one of the homes she had shown him. Follow-up communication, wow! We didn’t think much more about it until this morning when the mail came. June had sent us a warm thank you note and a gas card. Totally unexpected. Totally unnecessary. Totally appreciated! The Mark of A True Professional.
