Polish Patina Pigeon-Poop

Polish Patina Pigeon-Poop! Real estate is a noble calling. Agents and Loan Brokers sitting atop their might steed of knowledge and experience, sword drawn leading the troops protecting those seeking The American Dream. How is your statue seen? Polished, Patina covered, or covered in Pigeon-Poop?

That polished look we all hope for takes work to maintain! Lots of work. Your professional education needs to be constantly polished. Your support team has to reflect your expertises and aluminate you in other areas.

Time, education and experience are the patina that shows though on professionals.

Let your guard down, neglect your education, allow personal arrogance and/or greed to come between you and your support team and you'll soon find your image covered in Pigeon-poop!

Bill I try to keep my statue polished, and my team is excellent, but some people keep trying to drop Pigeon-poop on it, so far without success :)

I really don't like pigeon-poop-- and would much rather come across as polished.  My Grandmother is "Polish"... what does that mean?  :-)  Kathy

Kathy,

It means I had to go from the spell checker to the dictionary twice.

One man's art is one pigeon's toilet? Isn't that how the saying goes?

Bill - Love your last sentence, my friend.  When it is all said and done, I'm aiming to be polished.  But I'm sure to encounter some pigeon poop along that merry way ... just trying to ensure it doesn't stick to my image.

Todd,

I thought it was the other way around.  One flocks toilet is some men's art. Especially "art" paid for with OPM!

Jason,

That's the point don't let it stick. Don't let it be what you're remembered for, IE: Nixon.
