Special offer

Ultimately, though, it's about our clients

Real Estate Agent with The Stephen Christie Group, Troop Real Estate, Inc

As we head into the last month of the 2nd quarter of 2011, we review our goals, realign our targets, and refine any systems that need tweaking.  We find ways to strengthen our strengths, and ask for support from our team members on our weaknesses.  The goal of year end 2011 is of utmost importance.

Leads are reviewed, needs are reassessed, processes are completed.  Every document is checked, double checked, then checked again.

Monthly goals are broken down to weekly goals, and then chunked down again into daily activities and goals. Accountability partners are paired.

What do we need, what is missing, what would streamline our daily business?  Thoughts are discussed, and an implementation checklist is created.

And yet, ulimately, though, it's really all about our clients.  What we do every day, is about the end result of solving our clients' real estates needs.

Hi Stephen - You are right.  Without our clients, there would be no business and no purpose to our jobs.  As for goals, you are wise to have short and long term goals and daily "to-do"s to reach the goals.  Too many people set big goals and then they let day after day pass without moving toward them.  Breaking them down keeps you on track all the time.

Excellent Stephen.  You are 100% correct!!  Our clients are the number one priority.  We can set up our business to run like a fine watch, but sometimes hiccups will occur and I think changing a routine to accommodate a client is what separates stellar agents from average agents who always complain about business being too slow :)

Susan and Bryan - Agreed!  We must never lose sight of why we are doing what we do.  I love to hear that there are other like minded agents!
