I believe that website advertising is the best advertising for yourself and for your sellers, as well as gaining new home buyers searching for properties.

Well, call me Mr. Website, because I just "invested" in another one today, which I believe will become my best one yet. My number one website for many years has been www.southwestillinoishomes.com

That website is an I-House powered website, which I've always been extremely pleased with all around.
I also have www.swilhomes.com that I recieved for free from Realty Executives. That website is a Superlative site, it is very good. (the website did not cost me anything, but there is of course monthly hosting and IDX costs)

Well, I also have a Point-2-Homes website which is my www.metroeastareahomes.com

I've had that website for many many years also. It was free from taking my SRS (Sellers Rescource Specialist) class online. It also has monthly fees of course. By the way SRS is the equivalent of ABR. Everyone knows about the ABR designation, but very few have the SRS designation.

And then last year I purchased a REW (Real Estate Webmaster) website. I liked it, so I got it. This is my www.metroeasthomestore.com

That website did not come with a lot of instructions (at least I didn't think so), but I muddled my way through it and brought it up online. Our MLS has a deal with REW, is one reason I purchased it. Of course it has monthly fees like all of my websites (there are none that are free, if you add IDX to them, anyway). I could and may yet someday just add my best IDX link into all of the sites so I don't have all of these fees, or at least reduce them dramatically. My best IDX link so far is in my www.southwestillinoishomes.com

Well today, I found (sales call, sales call, sales call that I actually put off a few days from the original sales call). Nothing like getting chased down to finally take the time to look at the product. Anyway, it is a Z57 website. Z57 have been building websites for apprx 12 years, and I've known about them since about that long. One of my very best agent friends from way back had a Z57 site that he had purchased probably in 2001 or so, and then at least one other agent in my old office also had a Z57 site. I was not overly impressed with those websites, frankly, not that there was anything wrong with them (any website can do what it is designed to do and can be given good SEO, if you know what you are doing with it) Somehow, I've been pretty blessed with knowing what to do to help with SEO (Search Engine Optimization). In fact I have always said you can have the very best website in the world, but if it does not come up easily with good search terms on google, etc. then you really don't have a good website, and if it is a "poorly designed" website and it is easily searched (First Page) on google, etc. then it is a good website afterall (unless people hate it's navigation, or just really poor information).

So, what got me today to purchase a 5th (fifth) website? Am I just that crazy about websites? By the way, I really do have a few others that I've not mentioned, and I do use them - some anyway - and they also pull up pretty well, and that's not to mention my 15+ "pointer domain names" that just point you back to one of my websites. Maybe, it's true, maybe I'm just a web site nut!

Well, my newest website is not complete yet (I just bought it today - give me a break) Oh, did I tell you that my I-house website was up only minutes after I ordered it online! I mean really completely up, running searches, and just needing some (I like to tweak my websites) minor tweaking, and personalization on a few pages, and adding some pages that are easily added into my I-house site.

OK, here is my newest website domain name www.homesforsalenearscottafb.com

Like, I said it is not complete, such as the IDX search, and some few mis-spellings that I've found. They are building, and I'm just watching. When they hand it over to me, and I login for the first time, I'll correct the goof-up's as I go along, Really it is no big deal!

But, right now, I can say it is my best website ever! It is just a cadillac of websites (once it is completely up and going you will see what I mean, if you are willing to come back and test drive it for me)

Well, if you are looking for an agent website, you can certainly call me and ask me anything. I may not have all of the answers, but I'll either fake it (just kidding), say I don't know, but at least I'll be honest with you on what I think, and you can take it for what it is worth. It's not exactly "expert" advice, but practical advice or some working knowledge anyway.

If you are interested in a Z57 website, please please call me and let me know before you order one. I'll be very honest about what it cost me (I think I got a good deal), the monthly fee $99.00 per month (ouch, that is my highest monthly fee of all my websites) I said it was a Cadillac though didn't I?

By the way, I know I'm crazy about websites, and I really was not considering buying this website today. When he called me I already knew it was a Z57 site (he chased me for a few days going back to last week) and I felt that I was pretty familiar with Z57, and that know website would be better than my I-House site. How could it be better than the best? Well, I quickly realized during his presentation of the capabilities of this website, that I had to have it!

Hi Trang,

My I-House website at www.southwestillinoishomes.com has certainly been my best for providing new clients. Actually, my REW site www.metroeasthomestore.com has not been bad either for in that reguard.

I've received some from my Point2Homes website, but not as many. It is actually a very good website, and I could get lots more from it, For one thing, I've never upgraded that site to it's best use and features. I have the very basic (since I got it for free - I've always have treated it a bit like a bad step-child).

Point2Homes really does have some very good features especially if I would upgrade it.
