ActiveRain Duo Get Both Clients To The Closing Table !

I always enjoy meeting fellow ActiveRainers.


I always ESPECIALLY enjoy meeting fellow ActiveRainers when they represent the 'other' client in a transaction I am working on !

Yesterday I had a closing for a particularly tricky deal that had numerous twists and turns, and but for the hard work, savvy nature, and ease of communication by both representing Realtors, I think the deal would have fallen apart.

The buyer was represented by ActiveRain's "ThatBritishAgent" ! (dont you love people who talk about themselves in the third person !!! lol !) - and the seller was represented by ActiveRain's Sal Poliandro !

The deal was finalized yesterday, and both seller and buyer were thrilled with their agents and all parties walked away from the closing table with big smiles !

Those are my favorite kind of deals, and are a product of what happens when you get 2 ActiveRainers on the case !!!

Thanks for your hard work Sal ! ... and congrats on your closing yesterday !!!

That's a great success story for both of you guys. I still haven't closed a deal with an Active Rainer on the other end. One of these days though.

That is so cool that you were able to work with another AR member on a deal.  You could almost guarantee that if you are working with an AR member on a deal, it will go pretty darn smooth!  Congrats to you both!
