Out & About Rockwall - The News Is Out! In-N-Out Burger Coming to Rockwall!
The wild and crazy popular California based burger chain opened in Allen and Frisco recently with a grand opening that was strictly straight out of Hollywood....with a big Texas over the top promotional event! Unbelievable, but true, people camped out waiting to be among the first to enter when the doors opened for the first time. It was rumored that everyone who was anyone was there....and we know three of them.
Two of our favorite little "Out & About" Boys waited in a long line to check it out. Well...they actually did not plan to check it out! Here's a true story of what happened! Mommie, Carter & Camden were out & about doing errands and happened to get into an incredibly bad traffic jam! The traffic was stopped...moved up a tad...stopped again...and so it went! Mommie tried to change lanes, but no could do! Traffic cops were directing traffic in the lane, waving batons, whistles blowing.....nothing to do but stay in the lane and be directed right into the line going into the newly opened In-N-Out Burger.
An accidental lunch happened for these two boys and their Mommie. Not many errands got done that day, but they had a good lunch, and got to be at the Opening of the In-N-Out - now our two little men about town want to be among the first to come to the new Rockwall location and this time it will be no accident...they are planning big time to be there! Now the news is out.....Rockwall has been selected as the location for an IN-N-Out Burger
, a wild crazy and immensely popular California-based burger chain. It is the understanding of Out & About Rockwall that construction will start soon, perhaps by mid-summer. The buzz is that In-N-Out Burger will be open by the end of 2011 or very early in 2012.
The location will be near the intersection of I 30 and State Highway 205 in front of the Rockwall Costco.
