Kluge Team Closes a NEW LOAN in 8 BUSINESS DAYS..... No Joke!

 

BOA turned loan down ONE day before settlement after 60 days of working with the client....  I personally did a new application, ordered new appraisal and collected all new docs.  We settled 8 business days later! :)  (we could have settled 2 days sooner if the Condo assoc didn't delay getting us docs).
