Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys. This morning the discussion is all about our housing market, foreclosures and buyers. While we can't do anything about the Foreclosure situation we can do something about loosening the underwriter guidelines for buyers; it's an easy fix, Fannie - Freddi, and the Banks need to slightly loosen the regulations.
