We are seeing this is Atlanta as well and we didn't have the huge market increases years ago! There is a big shift and agents can work with that or work less. I'm here and ready to help in Atlanta.

Odd. I was just talking to a friend of mine about house flipping. I told him that house flipping to sell and make a profit is probably not the way to go; however...if one has the money to invest in a house to flip it for a rental, that would probably be the way to go. Regardless of where we are in the country, there is LOTS of foreclosures/REOs that could be bought for this purpose.

Agreed. Flipping is difficult at this point. Purchasing to rehab and generate income is the way to go...
