Once again, it's that time of year when the annual Arkansas State Fair, ranked as a "Top 50 Fair in North America" in 2003, 2005, and 2006; promises to be one again this year!
This year's events include
- A Live Shark Encounter
- "Jump" the Ultimate Dog Show
- Potbelly pig races,
- The "Swampmaster Gator Show",
- Racing displays from the NASCAR Alltell Race Team
- The National Guard
- The New Exotic Barnyard
- The annual FFA Barnyard
- A multitude of concerts including the Charlie Daniels Band, Kelly Pickler, and REO Speedwagon (see list below)
- The Arkansas State Rodeo: featuring Bareback riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, bronc riding, barrel racing, bull riding & more. There will be four exciting performances by the best Professional Cowboys in the business.
