The dollar amount of sales volume for August 2007 declined by -17.53% with a total sale volume of $174,924,033. August 2006 total sales volume was $212,115,768.
Surprisingly, the percent of sale price/list price only dropped by -0.77% when compared to August 2006.
However, the median sale price for August 2007 compared to the previous August dropped -5.60%.
Listing volume declined by -8.77% with 2683 new listings reported for August 2007, compared to August 2006 having 2941 new listings.
Statistics for the metro Dayton, Ohio areas were based upon cities and towns in several counties, including: Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Brookville, Centerville & Washington Twp., Clayton, Dayton, Englewood, Enon, Fairborn & Bath Twp., Farmersville, Franklin, Germantown, Huber Heights, Jamestown, Kettering, Miami County, Miamisburg & Miami Twp., Moraine, New Carlisle, Oakwood, Phillipsburg, Springboro, Tipp City, Trotwood, Troy, Union, Vandalia & Butler Twp., Waynesville, West Carrollton, West Milton, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Wright-Patterson AFB, WPAFB, Xenia, and Yellow Springs.
