We often forget that we are NOT victims of our outside circumstances and events. We may be faced with many challenges but we get to decide how we interpret them, react to them and handle them. I learned recently that circumstances are not negative or positive - they're neutral. It's our thinking that decides if a circumstance positive or negative and the way we think IS something we have the power to change.
