We've been training 203k consultants since 1995 for this program and it never ceases to amaze me the questions that come up during the training... We used to provide this training in a 2-day intensive training session where we ate lunch on the fly while we worked... there was no time for questions as we put out allot of info in a short period of time
Today it is all done over the Internet and webinars and the questions you get before they read the material would be answered if they really read the materials. I have an interesting one right now that "read the materials" now keeps asking me for a checklist of items to help him with his inspection process. I think he is getting a little irritated with me as I've been dragging my feet in hopes he will read to the point that he finds the checklist. I love it.
In any case we are having a great time, lots of new consultants out there coming on stream to keep you informed and updated on the program. I hear that we are about to get some new revisions to the program that may set you on your ears in a good way.
