The house looks great and the views are AMAZING.  Troon is one of my favorite Scottsdale areas.  Gorgeous listing Paul!

You've got that right, Ginger.  I have seen my share of view properties.  This one is simply stunning.  Send me one of those Marin County relocation buyers!  Thanks for looking.

Great Listing, I hope you get it Sold.  The pictures should be on Localism.

I couldn't agree more, Naomi.  The views from this property exemplify why people move to Scottsdale, Arizona.  Thank you for commenting!

Thanks, Jason.  We were really pleased with the night shots.  Of course, with such an amazing backdrop, the pictures really take themselves.  Thanks for your support, Jason.

PAUL:  As I read this post, it wasn't in my usual "head-voice."  You know the one that speaks to you as you read silently.  I was hearing a smooth voiceover guy in my head reading your very poetic descriptions.  Have you ever written marketing materials for time shares, because if not, I think that you may have found your calling, provided that you can squeeze it into your busy best man business.  Nice job on this localism post.

Why don't you just buy it Paul and we'll make it an AR retreat :-) Awesome photos!!!!

It's a hectic life, but I'm sure I can squeeze in one more job title, Adam.  Know anybody that can fill the role of "smooth voiceover guy?"  Thanks for checking this out.  If anyone has a buyer for me out there, I know it's the Long Island Relocation Guy, so them my way!

I like the way you think, Jennifer.  The way it unfolded in my mind, though, you bought it and turned it into an AR retreat.  Should I go ahead and send you the paperwork?

Thanks, Steve.  I know this one is right up your alley in North Scottsdale, so I'll just wait for your contract!

By the way, be sure to get your listings registered for the National Open House on Nov. 4th if you haven't already.  I want Realty Executives to really put a local stamp on this event.  www.national-open-house.com.
