Phill Grove, the REI Maverick, is launching a new real estate education program called the Assignment of Mortgage Payments System(AMPS) on Monday, June 6, 2011, designed to sell ‘unsellable’ homes to ‘unloanable’ buyers.  The Assignment of Mortgage Payments System (AMPS) is the “Amped Up” 2nd generation version of the popular and proven Mortgage Assignment Profits System.
