Hi there Active Rain! I have been writing articles for some time now, and loading you up with tons of information! With all the craziness, I have completely neglected to tell you who I am, about me, and why you should read what I have to say! So, I guess I will start off with some generic stuff and hope that you figure the rest out though my writing and maybe let me know a little about who is reading my stuff!
My name is Elizabeth however, since I became a teach, instructor, taxi driver, cook and mommy I have become “Lizzi” since the children I teach have a tough time not calling me “Lizardbreath”…Miss Lizzi just seemed to work better and has stemmed to the rest of the wonderful people in my life. A little young for a 26 year old mother of two and sometimes it is extremely unnerving to introduce myself as “Lizzi” to the moms at my daughters “prestigious” private school…but usually there is some explanation behind it during discussion…So now you know, I am Lizzi, a 26 year old mother of two.
When I say I teach, I am not a school teacher though I do plan on walking that path someday, right now I am biding my time by teaching swimming lessons and ballet to youngsters of all ages. This is an amazing job! I love to be a part of the day when a mom or a dad sheds tears because their child overcame a fear of water….or danced in a recital for the first time. It’s an amazing feeling and a ton of fun! I couldn’t imagine sitting behind a desk all day and am currently writing these articles to balance my life out a bit.
So, what am I passionate about? Well, let’s start off with the obvious, children are my number one! I am extremely protective over any child, not just my own! They are so sweet and so innocent and they all have their own special personality that makes me melt. I am passionate about people in general; I love to see people happy and experiencing life to the fullest. I also love to be involved in discussions about politics, God, and the environment.
So that is just about all there is to me! I do hope that you find my articles fun, informative and educational!
