Welcome to Ralph's Weekly Feature: Two Truths and a Lie: Guess Which One Is The Lie?

Vienna BelloEach week, I'm going to feature one Active Rain Member, with their photo, and what they are going to do is tell you 2 Truths about them and 1 Lie.

The object of the game is to guess which of the 3 bits of trivia about them is a lie!

Each new game will be posted on Friday, and then the answer will be revealed by the featured member a week later on the following Friday.

It's a great way to get to know your fellow ActiveRain members and staff.

This week, we will be featuring: Vienna Bello

Vienna is a real estate professional with Liberty Realty, based out of Hoboken, New Jersey.

She is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Consultant Serving Hudson & Bergen County.  Vienna is also a GRI, SFR, Notary Public, as well as a  Licensed Real Estate Sales & Rental Agent.

OK, Here goes:

I sold Frank Sinatra's condo in Hoboken.

When I visited Anaheim CA for a business trip, they closed down Disney Land to the public for us and gave us a private parade.

I was proposed to by an oil tycoon in Vegas, after he taught me how to dance to country music.

OK, gang. Tell me which one is the lie!

Remember, for those members who guess the most number of correct lies at the end of the month, you will be awarded 1,500 Bonus Points! If there is a tie, each member who ties will be awarded 1,000 Bonus Points!

(Also, for those of you who would like to be featured, let me know, send me your 2 Truths And a Lie without telling me which is the lie and I will put you on the list - remember! make them good ones!)

#3  Probably was a different profession instead of being an "oil tycoon"..

Thanks Ralph with the update on time-line.

Though there were 5 Fridays in June, we have only 4 featured members. Is that correct, Ralph?

#3 is my guess. Reasons?  Heck no.  And I'm sticking with that!

I'm going to have to guess #1!  I don't know why - just a hunch!

I have just established that 703 Park Ave, where Sinatra lived with his parents 1927-32 was an apartment building and not a house.

So, it's possbile that these aprtments became condos and that Vienna sold the "Sinatra" condo.

Of course, Vienna may have sold the condo above or below or next ot the Sinatra condo, or not sold it at all, but to me #1 has now become a possible non-lie and I'll have to rethink - quickly!!!

I'd go with #2. (not sure if I answered earlier but....)

Thanks Christine for your condo-clue.

I have to change my mind and go with #3 as the lie.  I'll probably regret it but such is life!

Since the right answer hasn't yet been posted, I will guess that the lie is #1. Sinatra was from Hoboken, I think, but that was back before condos existed.  So unless he decided to buy one much later, I think I'm right.

You are right, Susan, he did not own a condo in Hoboken but he lived in an apartment (with his parents) and these apartments later became condos.  Perhaps they call it the Sinatra condo locally?  I have no idea on which floor he lived but I do know that (lovely) condos at that address have sold.

It's a guessing game so who knows?????

Oh where, Oh where is Vienna?

Praful ~ you may be right about Barbara and the condo, but I will completely kick myself if I change my answer now and it turns out to be correct.

You-who....Vienna.....Where are you????

Omg guys.. I'm so sorry!  I had no idea I was featured.  I haven't logged on in quite awhile due to a death in the family & the death of a close friend.  It's been a crazy few weeks!  But thank god I wasn't wanted by the FBI because there's no hiding from you little investigators, or Ralph!!! LOL

OK here goes...

#1 - Old Blue Eyes would be turning in his grave if he heard the remarks some of you have about his hometown!!!! Hoboken "the Mile Square" town is filled with waterfront properties, gut renovated historic brownstones and high rises.  It's a beautiful place to live with a lot of history and a few cobble stone roads left untouched.  As much as I would love to have this one under my belt, #1 is the LIE.  Every time I drive in to Hoboken, the sign "birthplace of Frank Sinatra & Baseball" greets me, that's where I came up with the idea!

#2 - When I visited Califonia on a business trip in 2002, it was for a huge nurses convention.  I was in medical sales and was an exhibitor at the convention during this time.  We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn right next door to Disneyland which was only open to exhibitors and attendees of the convention.  It was so much fun, we went on every ride twice and they had a welcome parade led by Tarzan on a big white horse and ending with Micky & Minny.

#3 - I WAS proposed to by a man who claimed to be an "oil tycoon" with a ranch in Texas, my first night in Vegas.  I took off for a weekend to meet up with a girlfriend after a breakup when was 21.  He was just what I needed to lift my spirits again during that time.  He twirled me around the marble floors of the hallway of the RedRock casino and by the end of the night was trying to talk me into marrying him at the Elvis chapel LOL.  He was charming, but I thanked him with a smile and said goodnight.  I ditched his email & phone number when I got back to Jersey.

Thank you all for your interesting comments.  Again, I apologize for the long delay.  Hope you all have a great weekend!  And if any of you are ever in Jersey, please stop by Hoboken and see me, I'll take ya out for a cannoli... LOL

This proves again that the first reaction is usually the best one - I started to think too much, changed my choice and lost out.  Boo-hoo - but it's all such good fun!!!

Congrats to all who got it right!
