Things are rocking at Headquarters today. The warm weather has brought a little extra skip into everyone's step around here. And by warm weather I mean it's currently 66°.
I am so in love with this Community....maybe I'm just being emotional today but the outpouring of love and support to one another on a wide variety of topics is leaving me wide-eyed. Some of you spend hours on the phone with newbies and you feel honored that they called for help. Absolutely admirable!
I hope everyone has a fantastic, rip-roaring, one of a kind weekend! Let it Rain!!!!

David Artigliere (ARTI Home Inspections)
"After a month of becoming a Rain Maker and writing regular blogs and commenting on other ActiveRain blogs. One of the very first blogs I commented on was from a local Realtor. Just a few weeks later, I get a call for a big Home Inspection and find out the client was referred from this very Realtor! ActiveRain works!!!"
Shannon Coe (WR Properties)
"I have really enjoyed all of the posts on active rain, just getting the answers to many questions that I did not know how to ask. I love supporting fellow motivated agents around the country, it is great to hear about the different markets. Also I have received a referral directly from active rain. I love being a rain maker! I want to be #1 in My county, not just by luck but by hard work and reputations.
Jen Edwards (Re/Max)
"Finding Active Rain has helped me tremendously in my business. I've learned so much in such a short time and continue to learn more from my colleagues each day as the industry evolves. From resources for agents and customers to humor and tips from industry affiliates, each day is a new learning experience. In this market, it's reassuring to know I'm not alone walking in the rain! Active Rain is a great resource for agents and affiliates, but most importantly, the customers we are trying to reach help."
Mark Taylor (Amerifirst Financial)
"Posted my first blog of any merit on Nov 20th. The goal was to show the power of AR in Google placement to my agent partners. My name Mark Taylor has to compete with Mark Taylor Residential Arizona - an apartment company with deep pockets and an aggressive internet department. Within 25 minutes my AR blog surpassed my website of 16 years and the apartment company that promotes hundreds of locations and spend thousands a month. I placed in the number one spot. 40 days later I am still there..."
Anthony "Tony " Barone (Re/Max)
"As I started Using Active Rain Years ago I have always been one step ahead of my competitors. Internet booster for sure and a great way to speak with Brokers from all over the USA Time to start an international active rain...I have interests in international relations as they are very important...ActiveRain gives you the juice you need!!! -Great referral base to meet Realtors from all over the country!!!!!"
Mike Kelly Jr & Kathleen Kelly (Hickory Real Estate)
"For me the thing I have benefited the most from since I joined Active Rain is the sense of community on here. I have learned more about establishing my online presence here than from any other source and I am grateful to the other members for sharing their knowledge and encouraging me to share mine."

I can't wait to write a success story. I have gotten many calls and emails from my blogs, have taken out some clients, but have not yet had a closing. I will let you know as soon as I do. I can tell you this -- I keep on blogging because I am a firm believer that AR is a great way to increase my business. I will say this though -- if anyone can figure out how to help speed up the loading of articles, that would be GRRRRRREAT. I have many on the first page of google, but it takes too long for them to load. Suggestions, anyone? Have a great weekend.
We love all that you do too, Kerrie! You are always so positive! Thank you, thank you!
AR has provided me with so many positive comments and feedbacks, plus the knowledgeable answers of the real veterans out there. Thanks for all you do!
OK .. I am not sure what the point was of your blog.. just to tell us about posting success?
Kerrie, stories like these warm my heart and make want to keep bloggin. Keep it up.

this so good. but really you should come down here and get a doze of warm weather...
Hi Kerrie.....I just wrote my story....thaks for letting me know about this!
Kerrie--I love this post that you do frequently and I said last time I still have to write my own success story. Guess I will have to move it up on the 'priority list' and I will do it.
I will follow the links as I have not met these people. Thanks.
AR is the best! Almost any information I am looking for - for my business - I can find it somewhere in AR. Best resource out there. So glad I found you all.
Kerrie,
Glad to hear you are taking a well deserved break.
However, it's hard to take Craig's "drill sargent" attitude serious with the big smile that's always on his face.
Best,
Steve
Kerrie--Have a wonderful trip! You know we will miss you while you are gone. Kinda scary that Craig thinks he is in charge---he did not read your entire comment.
@Pat... Oh I read Kerrie's whole comment! But, since no one else stepped up to take on the responsibility....!!!!!
Those are great stories of success by members of the Active Rain community.
I'll happily trade you your 66 degrees for our 95+ temps and I'll even toss in high humidity as a bonus!
Kerrie, have fun, relinquish the reins, and Craig--way to force yourself to take up the slack.
Kerrie - thank you for that tip. Somehow I have never noticed that. My success story has been posted!
Activerain continues to pay dividends and people are finding me on the web left and right!
I've been so busy, that I haven't had a chance to blog or stay in touch here in the last month.. so I plan to get back to RAINing starting today!
Thanks for the post!
Wienie, warm weather, girl you don't know what warm weather is....I know I'm a few weeks late commenting on this but just saw it and couldn't resist. Try adding about 30-40 degrees to that and then you have some warm weather here in Texas. We just had 13 days or so in June over 90 degrees and this weekend coming up, they are talking about starting a week above 100....Hot, Hot, Hot!!!
