Hello,

I have been an agent for many years and starting to question the things I have been doing. Obviously, most of us are experiencing a slow market, but it sure seems to weigh on you. Today I had a lot of good things happen and I am back on the happy train! I got mutual acceptance on one of my listings, showed another home that the clients wants to write an offer on, and signed a new listing.

I am not trying to brag, but I just want to offer some support for other agents...Keep planting those seeds and they will sprout before you know it!

Sincerely, Jason Schweiger

Jason,

I wouldn't 'bet the store' yet, but it sounds like maybe we're coming out of this 'hole'! Here's hoping! Thanks,   Fran

Fran, I agree but the more we push each other, the more that will get done! There are many ways to make money, even in a slow market. (And lots of seeds to plant for the future.)

Congratulations Jason!  Plant, plant, plant (keep on planting)....tend, tend, tend....then harvest, harvest, harvest!   You are so right that keeping at it with an eye towards the future is the way of the sucessful agent.
