14 Comments on JUST SOLD at Auction! It was listed for $66,000 and sold $69,100 with an extra 5% premium
Auctions are becoming more common in many places....another way buyers perceive to play "let's make a deal" and sometimes they are right,...
We've helped our buyers with auctions in the past. The hard part is for them to stop bidding at the pre-agreed amount. Bidding fever can be bad for the wallet.
Congrats on the sale Kim. Best wishes for many more.
Isn't it amazing how auctions can "up" the price. We've never been a part of one, but it must be an interesting business to be involved in!
Kim, congratulations on increasing the price at the auction! Have a great weekend!
Kim, It is amazing how people get caught up in an auction. I'm sure they thought it would sell for less. Congratulations !
Hi Kim.
Congratulation on another job well done.
Wishing you a great and productive day.
Good example of the effectiveness of real estate auctions.
Kim, Those silly buyers who low-ball offers - some just don’t seem to get it. Somehow auctions create the competitive frenzy where people don’t want to lose … and end up paying more.
Have an outstanding weekend!
Hi Kim.
Thanks for stopping by this morning to see my flower pictures. Have an outstanding week.
Good morning Kim.
Kim.....you just never know how an auction is going to go....Nice post!
Hope you have a great day!---Rob
Go Vols!
