Built from the late 1980s into the 1990s, Sardis Plantation offers large and small homes as well as transitional and traditional floorplans.

Both the median closed price and the median home square footage in Sardis Plantation were dramatically lower in 2010 than in 2009. This indicates a stable market in Sardis Plantation year over year. Median days on market increased 21% while the median list to sale ratio dropped to 95%.
