This magnificent home represented the best per-square-foot pricing in all of Grand Lakes, but because of its size, the list price placed it at (or near) the highest priced home in Grand Lakes. The home boasts 6.5 bathrooms, six bedrooms, a poolside cabana room with private bath, huge bedrooms, oversized lot, incredible pool with waterfall, master bedroom with fireplace, fresh paint, immaculately maintained....

...and yet it lingered on the market for far too long.

Our client's are happy to report that within days of the staging at least two offers have been presented. Interestingly, one of our Realtors lamented that her clients were arriving next week, and had looked forward to seeing this wonderful home! Oh well....we've got a couple more in the pipeline, and our Realtor is booking those showings as we speak!

The house is dull and boring before being staged. Small wonder it didn't sell. Your art on easel concept works wonderfully in the dining room and I love all the little touches like the two stuffed bears in the work area. Love seeing your work and your videos.

Hi Janet (it's Tom writing).....

This was a really interesting project. It demanded several differen skill sets, and staging techniques, and of course, we were on a deadline to get this ready for the holiday weekend traffic. The 'before' photographs do tell a bit of the story, but the 'after' photographs don't even begin to relay the changed feeling in the house. Changing the in-law suite into a poolside cabana room, was probably the biggest and best idea (he bragged). In a market that is (at best) capricious, this was one project that I walked away from knowing that the buyer was but days away....
