It's the ever evolving aspect that is key here. I've only been in the business for 6 years so from time to time I get these sarcastic responses from some who are senior to me.... I've been in the business for xx years and ........ I think to myself sure, but those 20 years are reliving the same year every year with no growth. She didn't know that the window treatments, microwave, and wine cooler stay! I sent her a copy of a listing agreement with the paragraph highlighted. She had never read that paragraph before. Wow! Seller brought it all back and we closed.
I take the time to read my contracrs, learn more tools, and learn about industry changes. It's just being professional. Thanks for posting.
Hi Lou~
Good point as per where we are today and "in a place where what we have done in the past may no longer apply..." and good suggestions on what to do about this... THX!
The real estate industry is constant changing. I like the fact that continually there is something new to learn; it's not like making widgets. I also like your advice about mastery, Lou.
This can be said of so many things in life...great one Lou...have a wonderful Sunday!
Good Morning Lou, Knowing the fundamentals is the right approach to becoming a master in real estate. Staying up and keeping current with all the tools and strategies will certainly improve our skills.
Lou,
Life is a continuous learning journey. I believe that we continue to build on our own experiences.

Lou - Yes our profession is constantly evolving and it will always continue that way. We are always learning something new. But that's what makes it so interesting as well.
