7 Comments on Oceans Four Condominium in Daytona Beach Shores. June 2011
Very detailed market report, sounds like the ideal situation for buyers.
Jon, not quite retro. But, are the units modernized at all from the 80s? Just curious.
Anthony - I do not know about ideal, but with inventory shrinking, good chances are disappearing
Suzanne - since they wee built, it is now in the hands of individual owners, and yes, some have been updated and are very nice, but the majority bear the look and feel of the 80s
Hi Jon, A very interesting analysis of Oceans Four and the inventory. I loved the photo with the cars on the beach. I thought that was done away with there?
We have some 70's and 80's condos here that have not been updated. The foil wallpaper is a dead give away! However, you can update the inside but you can not move a condo a block or two over ! So these have wonderful beach views! What a deal!
A great article on oceans condominiums according to me one of the best . http://www.sgnewproperty.com.sg/d-19-20-serangoon-north-east/new-ponggol-condo-next-mrt
