I showed properties in Mission Viejo all day yesterday Lauren, and you can get a very cute 3 bedroom home for under $400,000, and Mission Viejo is one of the safest cities in the US.. Great place to live!

Lauren, That looks like my kind of place. If I'm on the water I have a smile on my face.

Lauren, Mission Viejo is indeed a great place to live and the lake provides excellent entertainment.
I have been a resident here for over 22 years and have many great memories of sailing, touring the lake on a party boat with out of town guests, catching the trout that is stocked every year and attending many great concerts, by well known artists.  We are especially looking forward to THE B52s concert.  Lake Membership definitely has its privileges. Thanks for sharing.  Best wishes always.

Love the colors and the spots of light you captured in this shot, Lauren. What time of day was it?

That is awesome Richard~ It's a lovely lake and so fun to walk the lake in the morning.... I was quite surprised with this years line up. It's a good one. ;) I like to change it up from the Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Canyon walks to Mission Viejo lake... Not one from the other, but merely change it up from week to week. Thanks for stopping by.... ;)

Hanging out by the water can be very relaxing.  It seems to help recharge your inner self.  This looks like a great place to live.   Maybe someday...
