Ch-ch-changes in the market

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker

There are so many changes taking place in the market these days.  I never thought I would say the slower market has affected me but I am thinking it is starting to.

I totally beilieve in life is what you make it, but this market, at this time of the year is definatly starting to slowwwww.  There are lots and lots and lots of listings on the market right now and there are only lots of Buyers.  It's really a win-win situation for so many people who are willing to be realistic.

It's all good though because I can now focus on the small stuff like getting up to snuff with all my clients and keeping in touch and informed.

I recently had my first Client Thank You Bar B Q!  I did not have the time or space to invite everyone but I gave it my best shot.  I titled it "Past Present & Future Clients".  This way any new perspective clients could see and speak to past or present clients who were satisfied with my performance.  The end result was that we all had a great time and I received alot of great feedback!

Enjoy your day!

Cool idea for the BBQ. I'm just curious...how many did you invite, how many came, where you held it and the cost. (This is all none of my business, so please don't answer if you don't want to) Thanks..

Very smart idea, Toni.  Makes me want to have a Prospecting Picnic of my own!

I like the Barbecque idea, most of my clients are part time second home owners, but I guess that would be a great thing for over the weekend. Thanks for the advise
