So it looks like there are a lot more options out there than one would believe. And no money down still a possibility - I'm glad that veterans can take advantage of that.
Margaret: Yes .. contrary to opinion and rumor, there are still very helpful programs available to buyers (vets definitely being one of them). Hope this flyer helps to get that message across to those potential buyers sitting on the fence ...

Lottie: I'm sorry I didn't make the flyer more clear ... the I in IHDA is for Illinois. My guess is though, that there is something similar to it in your state, as that is how these programs seem to work. Illinois' version is a pretty good little program ... so I'm hoping that turns out to be true for CA too ...
