Gotta love those sellers! Price reduction is where it's at in our market right now and our sellers are a little more stubborn!

Hi Tina - thanks for stopping in.  What's funny about this reduction is that it's really not warranted.
The property shows well and was already a great price.  Sometimes the seller just wants to move on
on the buyer makes off with a steal.  Now I'll call the agents who have already shown it to make sure
they know the new price.

Good luck with those mobile homes.  I list a lot of them and boy is it hard to work with a bank on them nowadays.

Thanks Brandon - So far we're not having great difficulty with financing.  As long as they are tied
down properly, we're good to go and age is not a problem here.  Good luck to you.
