Hello Joe,
Good information to know, thanks for sharing.
Joe this is a great remainder that we should always respond to leads ASAP. If you can't respond immediately, make sure it is no longer than 30 minutes or else you will lose out to another real estate agent. Suggesting this one for a feature. Great post.
Thank you James, I hope it helps.
Exactly Lanre, you snooze, you lose!
Wonderful advice here. It is important..and this often means having someone or a team dedicated to putting this into action. In the long run, it's worth it.
Joe, as a commercial broker, as a norm, I've never felt the urgency to respond and make that call ASAP. However, since I have been exposed to your blogs and residential in general, I am placing a premium on my own response time to inquiries. Thanks for sharing.
You hit the nail on the head Debbie. There is no way a single person can be attentive to incoming email, and also serve customers on appointments. It takes a team effort!
That's great Joe. I just try to remember how I feel when I'm on somebody's website. If I don't already think you are the best, then you better capture me quick!
