The North Shore is awash in music concerts - virtually all towns will be offering tunes of some variety in June and July. For the big stuff head to Ravinia, for something more casual and family oriented, head to the Glencoe beach for these fun concerts:
June 12: Od Tapo Imi
Od Tapo Imi is a pop tropical band unlike any other. Steel drums, guitars, assorted percussion, horns and vocals transport you to the Caribbean islands for a sunny musical vacation!
July 10: Dueling Pianos
The young, energetic entertainers of Midwest Dueling Pianos perform an all request, interactive musical comedy show with music ranging from the songs of today to as far back as memories can take you!
July 31: New Invaders
As the “Ultimate 60’s Flashback,” the New Invaders take you from Brit Rock to Woodstock! Listening to the New Invaders is like taking a step back in time.
Glencoe residents and guests receive FREE admission to the beach with proof of residency starting at 6:00 p.m. Guests must be accompanied by a resident to receive free admission. Non-residents receive discounted admission: $4/child, $5/adult.
In case of rain, you can call 847-835-7970 after 5:00 pm on the day of the concert for more information.
