The following is to serve as a guide to complete your RENEWAL application for CE Instructor with the Arizona Dept of Real Estate Eduation Department.
The instructor application (ADRE Education Form ED-101) must be completed. You can skip section I completely, since you are already teaching classes.
Section II: You must complete parts B or C to continue to be approved for classes and catagories you already teach. Since there are no Instructor Workshops (B), available as of 6-6-2011, you will have to complete two separate and different CE classes in EACH Respective catagory you wish to continue to be approved to teach.
What this means is that you will all need to do 6 CE hours to renew your licenses in all catagories you now currently teach! Keep your cerficates, because, unlike licensed Realtors, you cannot go online and record your CE hours.
Good news is, you can do your CE renewal hours in the same class numbers your currently teach in, so long as the class is given by another instructor. Sign the sign-in sheet and keep your certs.
