Foreclosure Monday

6/6/2011

It seems we have a low in the foreclosure auctions; as of today there are 57 pending foreclosure auctions set for noon and 6 canceled foreclosure auctions. There were no NOI’s (noticeof Intent) in the Maui news today, and very few over the weekend, is this trend real or just the calm before the storm?

The following properties have been foreclosed upon by their respective lien holders aoao.

5 abbey Lane #321 Lahaina Hi 96761 for the sum of $1.00 one dollar

25 Heather Lane #124 Lahaina HI 96761 for the sum of $1.00 one dollar

All foreclosure auctions for today June 6th 2011 have been postponed; check out the youtube channel for proper updates and postponement dates! Mahalo Nui Loa

No Longer (TAKING) NEW Foreclosure Clients!

In this volatile Real Estate market it is important to understand the many facets of this changing market, appraisers begin to pen this (2015) market as a upswing Real Estate market, with the ability to increase the appraisal by .3/4 per month of last comparable sale. When choosing a Realtor/Broker keep in mind the many attributes that bring in expertise, short sales, foreclosures, REO’s and the continuing straight forward Multiple listing sales. I have experience in every market, in every condition.

Call me for advice in each and every area of today’s Real Estate market.

It is nice to be important, yet important to be nice.

Oregon experienced a lull in recent months, but two weeks ago, Bank of America made up for lost (MERS?)pollia time by filing hundreds of new and renewed foreclosures - at least in all of Oregon's urban counties.

I'd say we are looking at the same, yet this time it involves the new Hawaii state law. Calm before the storm Aloha Jeff

@JimBrown agreed many will gain through this. So many have lost and on Maui will continue to loose. There are a lot of great deals yet few people with cash or few people who can get a loan. Mahalo for your concern, Aloha Jeff

Jeff--I am only guessing that this is the calm before the storm.  Based on what I'm reading I expect that we are going to see a tidal wave (probably not the best expression given the last two seasons for tsunamis!) hit the market come the fall.

Maui and Hawaii in General are very slow moving so more like a small pool wave that is gentle and long. There is a lot of Grey inventory that we need to see come back. Yesterday i wrote and offer and the bank listed it and the bank has no title possession yet.
