This very popular area is unique in that it has a Toledo Ohio mailing address, but students attend the very popular Sylvania School District. Not only do the students attend a great school system, but home owners enjoy on average lower taxes and utilities than those in the City of Sylvania. According to the Toledo Board of Realtors, houses in St James Woods during the last six months were listed at a median list price of $199,000.00 and sold for $188,000. If you are the type of person who would like to know the square footage of those homes, the median square footage was 2,722 with a sold square foot price of $68.52 a square foot. Therefore, if your looking to sell your house in the next 6 months you should have it listed under $200,000.00
