This is the 24 hour market watch for Irvine Real Estate. As you can see from the chart below that there were 16 new listings, 31 price changes, 7 properties came back on the market, 26 are in escrow with 17 still accepting back-up offers and 9 that are not and are pending to close, also there were 20 that closed escrow.

Surprisingly enough of the 20 that closed escrow or sold, only one was banked owned and two were short sales. Single family residences accounted for 6 and 14 were classified as condos.
