Napa Forest and Sienna Woods have generated the most sales for the first five months of the year in the Vineyard. This is a typical pattern for the area. The Province, which has some of the highest valued homes in the area had strong sales activity too.

Since there were no sales in The Enclave during the first five months of the year, my assessment of the available inventory is an arbitrary forecast.
There are six houses in escrow with Closing Dates scheduled within the next sixty (60) days, two houses available for rent, and four lots for new construction.
