I'm sorry, but in the above photo, that house just does not look like it's 1192 sq ft, and has three bedrooms. And no windows that I can see.
Agree- the photo does not appear to be a 1192 sq ft house??? The french doors are there but is it really a 3 bedroom house??
Agree exterior photo not good. When I was out there many vehicles on the lot. I can take a better one. This property is 1192 sf and 3 bedrooms. Photos of all of bedrooms are at the link in the blog. It also is a single family home. In Anchorage we have Zero Lot Line single family residences. It looks like a duplex but each side has an owner and tax parcel #. Zero lot line runs between them. We can email photos directly to you at your request. Thanks for you comments. I'm a new member evaluating Active Rain and was not sure anyone was actually looking at the blog.
