Florida Welfare Recipients to be Drug TestedThe Florida Department of Children and Family Services will be required to conduct the drug tests on adults applying to the federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, effective July 01, 2011.

Florida is the first state that is now going to require drug testing for welfare! Democrats from the state's congressional delegation are crying this is "downright unconstitutional." How is this unconstitutional, but it's completely legal that every other working person had to pass a drug test in order to support those on welfare?

I understand this is not Real Estate related, however I wanted to pass on the information to see other opinions.
