10 Comments on Another Craigs List Success - SOLD & Closed...

Craigslist definitely works as I have sold a couple of listings from buyers I've gotten from there, plus several others from buyers who didn't like my listing but we found another house.

Do you post the video on Craigslist?  How do you do that?  Is the posting here on AR what your Craigslist ad looks like?  That's very cool...I'd love to see how you make it look so great!

Nice to hear your success story!  Congratualtions!

I never post in the newspaper anymore.  Its a waste of money and I never get any results.  I post religiously on craigslist and that is how I get buyers to walk through my open houses, and get calls for showings.  The other great part about it is that I am a very young Realtor and most of the clients I get calls from are also young and they like that they are dealing with somebody that can relate to them.  Its a win win for everyone!

Hey Jay

Great success story.  I guess you were right, the Internet is the way of the future.  I can't believe how much I have learned in the past weeks; when I started I thought I would never get the hang of blogging and posting, thanks for all your help with the different sites.

Great job.  It is sure nice to hear success stories of deals closing.  You are wise to be creative and market in many different ways.

Jason & Maria - Yes I do post the same exact thing on Craigs List as I posted here. It is done using www.realestateshows.com  Its a Great Cost effective Virtual Media maker that allows you to do many different things. It produces the HTML code for you and all you do is copy and paste it to the many places we all post are listings. Do a search right here on AR, thats where I found out about the program.

The other nice thing is that it allows you to track where your hits are coming from, saves time posting to sites that dont do anything for you.

Lois - Keep at it, one day it will just happen for you, just dont forget when it does that you buy lunch..LOL

Thanks for all the " Congrats " its nice when things come to fruition.

I am the new owner of this property. Jay was great to deal with. This deal probably would not have gone through if it were not for his attention to detail and working hard to make all the elements of this transaction come together. Jay, if you read this, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Regarding Craigs List or other internet methods, it is the future and this media allows for so much convenience. We viewed another house on line on Craigs list that got us hooked up with Jay and that led us to this property.

Dave, Thanks for the Kind words, it was a Pleasure to get to know both of you a little bit. I hope that you both are Happy.

I will stop by for that cold drink one of these days,

Still working on the other thing that we talked about the day after closing. I will be in touch soon.

Thanks again, and give my best to your Wife.
