Love mastermind groups especially ones with individuals from all different businesses and walks of life. Thanks for the reminder it is time to get one going again.
Horses are an amazing animal and they are very smart and telepathic. Join the group, you will be happy you did!
Christine...that's pretty amazing story! Horses are such beautiful animals. We had them growing up on my ranch in Montana, but I never paid much attention to them. Bummer.
Your Mastermind title caught my eye as I'm in one, but we ARE all in real estate. From the West Coast to the East Coast and Florida...we call each other weekly on Skype and work on issues and tips for our blogs. (We all blog outside of AR where we control our sites and our content) It's been great. It appears tho that the group is starting to wain a bit, and I'm disappointed in that. I think there is one person I will still be able to reach out to for assistance, but I'm going to guess our calls are about to come to an end.
Bummer again.
I always feel great when I learn something new everyday! I had no idea that horses were telepathic... what a great story. Thank you for sharing.
Christine,
That would have been amazing to witness!
Thank you for sharing this. Very touching story.
Christine, I heard of a outreach like this on a Christian Radio talk show (maybe Focus On The Family) and the horses on the ranch were also neglected and/or abused. The woman who stated the ranch did so for the horses and by chance special needs boys and girls got involved and it has continued to be great therapy for all involved.
Christine- I loved this story and love horses. Animals can be such great healers.
I really like the idea of a great Mastermind group. However, i dont think I could commit the time and (right now), the emotions that need to go into strengthen the group members. I have been keeping to myself alot lately (more than before) and I dont go out unless I have to work. But I can see how you could so benefit from it.
Christine, Good for you. When we think we know everything, then we're really in trouble. How great to be able to share ideas and inspiration. Good luck!
Mark, glad to give you a nudge - let us know how it goes.
You are right Christine, I think I will be well worth it to be involved.
Thomas, I've always wanted to go to Montana - I hear it is breathtaking there. AR is a great Real Estate Master Mind Group - I read what others are doing and it just inspires and pushes me to do more.
Happy to share it Peggy - It really was a cool story - I hope this lady shares more good ones.
Michele, I would have been sobbing my eyes out! She invited me to come to the farm sometime and I am gonna take her up on that.
Don't you just love those stories Bob! While I really enjoy what I do with real estate - I really admire those who do things that they are truly passionate about.
So true Kathy! I even heard that small ponies are being trained as disability assistants because the are very smart and live longer lives than dogs - 30+ years.
Loreena, I still have you on my prayer list and hope you begin to feel better soon. If I lived closer I'd make you a big pot of sauce with spaghetti :)
Thanks Marian - we must always keep growing - onward and upward! :)
Christine - would you believe when I tell you Therapeutic Horsemanship really help folks of all kinds of disabilities. My daughter graduated from St. Andrews in North Carolina with a BA in Therapeutic Horsemanship and a minor in Equine Business. This is her passion, she would love the opportunity to teach, however, since her husband is stationed in GA, there is not a site nearby for a center.
I'm sure in the future, she will be teaching to those who are in need.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful story :)
