I like the average time on market for sold homes to be going down while the other DOM (Days on Market) statistics are staying high. Not that a high number is good, but the lower number indicates that the new houses coming on the market are coming on at a more competitive price. If your home has been on the market for 64 days, it might be time to look at the list price.
