Man, I have been selling property in this area for 5 years, and it is unbelieveable how much the prices have fallen. The buyers of 2005 are hurting, and the sellers of 2005 made out like a bandit. Now reality has come to us and the prices in 2007 are the best value we have seen in years. This is a great time to own a beach property in an are that is fixing to explode with growth.
You will not believe the expansion in our are of banks, and retail stores. Someone has to have done their homework to build all these new businesses here.
