My motto is that if you don't have your health...you don't have anything. we can have all the material goods, a loving family and partner, great friends, a fantastic job....fancy cars....but if we don't have our health...none of it matters.
Monterey California has so many benefits to the people who live and visit here.. Part of what makes life so great here is that we are privliged to have access to talented and caring professionals who offer us products and services that one does not usually find in a small, quiet town. They choose to make their home here because it is a fabulous place to live...they could set up practice anywhere, but they are here and we benefit from having them here to serve our community. I want to feature some of these business professionals in my blog to enhance your experience of the beautiful Monterey Peninsula and give you a picture of life here on the Central Coast.
Today, I want to introduce you to Optimal Health Acupuncture
and it's leaderGlenn Sadowsky, L.A.c. I met him a few weeks ago in a Networking group that I am a member of. He gave a talk that day. I was so impressed by his passion, knowledge, and caring spirit that I want to share him with everyone I can. Even if you are not lucky enough to live here, you can listen to his radio show, book him to speak for your organization or business, or take a lovely drive to work with him for your Optimal Health.
Glenn has been providing integrative health care since 1986. He is a graduate of five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California and holds a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine. His specialty is in treating difficult cases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, addiction, asthma and allergies. He provides extensive nutritional counseling, and therapy as well as acupunture and a host of other services.
My experience with Glenn Sadowsky is that of a person who really cares about people. He will do whatever it takes to get your health to an optimal level. He will tailor a solution that you feel comfortable with, and work within your budget. Another positive for patients is that he is a preferred provider for Blue Cross, and he can work with Workman's Comp patients.
Glenn is trained in nutrition and whole food supplemention which are key elements for good health.
Glenn's passion comes from personal experience having suffered from allergies and asthma as a child. During a talk he gave I learned how losing his father too soon even drove his passion further to help others. He wants everyone to be around for those they love and that love them.
Glenn went to The University of California Santa Barbara and was introduced to Tai Chi and acupuncture. He say's that they really made a difference for him. He learned about organic farming, cooking, raw foods, getting into the garden to grow his own food..All of this led him to study Qi gong and then he went to acupunture school and became licensed.
