Interest Market Stats:
According to our local ARMLS between the dates of 9/8/07 and 10/8/07, there are 19,584 homes for sale in the east valley. This area includes Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Apache Junction, Mesa & Queen Creek. Of those homes 18,372 (94%) are unsold and only 1,212 (6%) are under contract in that time frame. And this is just the east valley.
