Homes at Kings Point are, for the most part, attached villa condos arranged duplex style. The condos range from 800 to nearly 2,000 square feet. There are great bargains to be found on the smaller units while there are also some luxury options available for the largest villas featuring golf course or water views. There are over 100 separate homeowners associations within Kings Point and each has its own rules so it’s pertinent to investigate the rules associated with the home you’re considering. Homeowner fees range from about $350 to over $600 per month and include landscaping, basic cable, security patrol, water service, trash removal, exterior building maintenance, insurance and use the all Kings Point amenities with the exception of golf.
