It's the second Friday of the month and around here that means that tonight will be the Downtown Melbourne Street Party from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. There will be live entertainment, food, fun, hot cars on exhibit and lots of friends. Many of the local shops are open and the restaurants are serving great food.

Wow sounds like fun that is neat that you have that every month! I'll bet you run into a lot of people you know. Have fun and try some neat food for me. Right now some cool ocean breezes sound great!

Yolanda, The Downtown Street Parties are always fun because the local shops open their doors. So you can spend time with friends, run into people you haven't seen in a while and their are food vendors selling great eats. I usually go with a girl friend and it's usually a good time.
Hi Bruce, These are a great time to get out and to socialize with people you haven't seen in sometime. At that time of evening, especially after the sun sets we usually get some beautiful weather, not too hot. The population of Melbourne is over 78000 people.
