Property Taxes are DUE by July 4th...

Yes, it is that time of year again, the time where we need to pay our Property Taxes...

To help in this, the Municipality of Maple Ridge is staying open until 8:00 PM every Thursday..

There is also a drop box inside municiple hall where you can drop your "Home Owners Grant" and payment.

You may also apply for your grant on-line and then pay your taxes at your local bank branch.

You may also mail your payment and 'Home Owners Grant' information in to the municipality, however, I would advise against that this year with the Postal Service's possibility to go on strike. 

If you are past the deadline for paying your taxes, 5% is automatically added to your tax bill.  Then, if you are past September 2nd, another 5% will be added to your bill.
