Now, down to the key points:
Carson City Median Home Price - The median home price in September, 2007 was $272,000. This is down 12% from September, 2006, which was $310,000.
Carson City Homes For Sale (Inventory) - The number of homes for sale on the market in October, 2007 is 464 which represents a 7% increase from September, 2006 when there were 475 homes listed.
Carson City Homes Sold - There were 36 single family homes sold in September, 2007, this is down 36% from September 2006 - not too bad compared to some markets which are down in the 60% range.
Carson City - Buyer or Seller Market? - Not a tough guess these days - Buyers Market. The best way to determine this is the "months inventory" on the market - currently at 12.4 months which represents about a 50% increase from 8.5 months a year ago.
