It's race weekend this weekend in the Poconos (6-11). The 5-HOUR ENERGY 500. There's a mouthful.
When listening to the newscasters talk about it this week they all had to say it very slow not to muck the name up. Very funny.
Pocono Raceway is home to Two 500 mile races each year and Boy are we glad there are. They sure do help the economy in this area when they are in town.
Dr. and Mrs. Mattioli, who own the Raceway, are very generous to their community also and have been recognized for years as pillars of our community. It is so rewarding to see people give back to their Community. Thank you Dr. and Mrs. Mattioli.
The lines of racegoers and their campers can be seen for miles days and days before the race. The infield sure does become packed with campers.
