I work with many investors and I have some clients that are interested in buying Books of Mortgage Loans, or what you might call a small portfolio of loans at a discounted rate. They have 1/2 to 2 billion dollars they are willing to invest. This is new to me, and I am looking for someone that might be savy in this area of business that can give me some advice. Please let me know what steps I might need to make and what to watch out for.

Thank you for such great advice. I know that it is not a Realtors line of work, so the funds that are questioned is not the issure, what I was looking for is some advice an the process of the way it might work and what steps to take to get the two connected and make a percentage...if it does come thru, I never put a brick fence up on anything, even if they do not have the funds, there are bigger fish in the Sea and I might just have the know how to do it then if it comes around again.
